Loop electrosurgical excision procedure in treating 68 patients with cervical intraepithelial neoplasia Modified General Electrosurgical Knife Conization: Analysis of 210 Cases

Objective: To evaluate the indication of loop electrosurgical excision procedure ( Leep) and cold knife conization ( CKC) for cervical diseases and to explore their operation highlights and complications.
目的：探讨子宫颈电热圈环切术（LEEP）与冷刀子宫颈锥形切除术（CKC）两种术式的适应证、手术要点及并发症。
Conization of cervix was performed in 63 cases of ≥ CIN 2, of which 33 cases with LEEP and 30 by traditional electrosurgical knife ( TEK) as controls.
对≥CIN2行锥切术，采用LEEP33例、传统电刀30例；
Objective To compare the curative effects of different loop electrosurgical excision procedures ( LEEP) by application of gynecological high frequency electrosurgical knife on patients with cervical diseases and to evaluate different antimicrobial administration methods.
